Problem trying to telephone and get a receptionist at 8 am in the morning.
Otherwise plesent staff.
Making it a caring centre.

I think improvement could be made on the way appointments are given for instance long waits for appointments when ringing up, there is often none left.
Doctors can be rude and impolite. Not caring or considerate reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
